Performers announced for David Foster’s Inner Harbour concert

More performers and personalities have been added for the David Foster Foundation’s free 40th anniversary concert in August in the Inner Harbour.
Joining Foster on stage Aug. 8 will be singer-songwriter and rapper CeeLo Green, singer Loren Allred and singer-songwriter Sheléa.
Previously announced performers include singer and songwriter Josh Groban, singer and Broadway star Katharine McPhee, vocal group The Tenors, American Idol’s Pia Toscano and America’s Got Talent finalist Daniel Emmet.
The evening will be co-hosted by actors Erich Bergen and Melissa Peterman.
Thousands are expected to watch the free show, which will feature the Victoria-born Foster, a 16-time Grammy Award-winning producer and songwriter, playing with the Victoria Symphony.
More performers are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The weekend gala and concert support the David Foster Foundation, which helps families with children undergoing organ transplants.
The concert starts at 7:30 p.m.
Large LED screens will be placed throughout the legislature grounds and surrounding viewing areas, organizers say.
Along with musical performances, the concert will feature video segments about children and families supported by Foster’s foundation.
VIP packages for the 40th anniversary weekend offer access to the Gala and Concert on Aug. 7 as well as prime seating at the Aug. 8 concert.
